Ritesh Warade joins Swiftly as General Manager, Transit
San Francisco, CA — July 24, 2023—Swiftly, Inc., the industry’s leading Transit Data Platform, has announced Ritesh Warade is joining the company as General Manager, Transit. In the new role, Warade will apply his experience working on transit data and technology projects for some of the largest agencies in the country to help them unlock the value of their transit data.
“Having partnered with Swiftly since the company’s outset, I’ve always recognized the team as industry leaders in driving transit data innovation that centers on the rider experience,” said Warade. “I’m excited to join Swiftly and work to scale the company’s transit data platform to help more agencies improve their real-time passenger information, operations, and system performance.
Warade brings over fifteen years of transit data and technology experience to Swiftly, including pioneering work implementing systems that used the GTFS and GTFS-rt data standards. He worked on one of the first transit agency real-time passenger information systems with the MBTA in Boston and most recently worked on transit data and technology projects for agencies including RTD in Denver, Los Angeles Metro, METRO in Houston, SEPTA in Philadelphia, Metro Transit in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, TriMet in Portland, OCTranspo, and TransLink in Vancouver.
Specifically, Warade has led projects to help agencies improve data systems and quality, provide high-quality passenger information, and analyze service and measure performance. As the General Manager, Transit, Warade will work with leading transit agencies around the globe on their transit data projects to maximize the outcomes for riders and staff.
Warade will be representing Swiftly at the APTA Tech conference, July 30th to August 2nd in Anaheim. Stop by booth #200 at the conference to meet Warade and see a live demo of the Swiftly platform.
“Ritesh has been a trusted industry partner to Swiftly since the company’s early days and is one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on transit data,” said Jonny Simkin, CEO and co-founder of Swiftly. “We’re thrilled to bring his experience with large-scale transit data and technology projects to our work with over 145 agencies worldwide.”

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
