Natalie is a recognized Customer Success executive with experience in both the Public and Private sectors. Natalie’s main goal is to enable Swiftly customers to achieve their missions of improving public transit throughout the world.

Sabrina has decades of C-level experience in technology organizations. As the CFO of Swiftly, she utilizes that experience to build scalable processes and financial acumen to support Swiftly’s expansion plans.

Jim has extensive experience designing and deploying reliable, scalable, cloud-native production systems at companies large and small. At Swiftly, he combines that experience with a passion for building great teams that leverage technology to deliver impactful products to customers.

Ritesh has over 16 years of transit data experience, having worked with almost every major agency in North America. His past roles centered on executing and providing strategic advice for transit technology projects related to data systems and passenger information.

Whitney is a seasoned People leader with more than a decade of experience creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces. At Swiftly, she is passionate about building environments where employees thrive and business goals are achieved through trust, collaboration, and continuous growth.

For 20 years, Adam has been making data-intensive products that help people work better in challenging environments. He’s honored to bring that expertise to the transit professionals who keep our cities moving.

Kaela is a proven go-to-market leader with extensive experience partnering with the public sector and scaling teams across every stage of the customer journey. She is passionate about growing Swiftly’s agency partnerships in North America and building a strong, unified GTM team.

Will is a technical co-founder and advisor at Swiftly. Will has over a decade of technology experience, including expertise in designing and implementing scalable software solutions for government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Mike is a technical co-founder of Swiftly. He has over 20 years of experience in transit technology, and led work on some of the foundational technologies of modern passenger information and transit data systems.
